We propose a sensory experience in the wine-making municipality of Pals in collaboration with Mas Geli. A getaway full of surprises that invites you to connect with the environment, walk among the vineyards, discover all the secrets of winemaking, and taste local products.
Will you join us?
The experience includes:
- A walk through the vineyards of Mas Geli: learn about a local project, the grape varieties they cultivate, and the particularities of their environment.
- Tasting of 2 organic wines (Sense Pressa Blanc and Sense Pressa Negre) on the terrace of Mas Geli, with spectacular views of the vineyards.
- Pairing of white wine with artisanal Catalan cheeses.
- Pairing of red wine with local artisanal cured meats.
- Bread with tomato and extra virgin olive oil to accompany this delicious pairing.
- And to finish… A sweet ending: tasting of chocolate truffles made with Mas Geli wine.
