Questions about your rental apartment on the Costa Brava?

Here we answer the most frequently asked questions so that you can enjoy your stay with complete tranquility.

Frequent Questions

Once you have registered travelers and paid for the reservation, you will receive your apartment number and the PIN to access it.

You will receive an email before 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival with the building plan and the assigned apartment.

If you have had any problem receiving the confirmation email, please contact us through WhatsApp, which you will find in all our communications.

In your key activation email you will have a map of our building, all the apartments are marked so that it is easy to find them. You’ll also find a map of the building next to the pool entrance in case you have any questions! 😊

Both in the confirmation emails and on the information board of your reservation, you will find a WhatsApp number that is available 24/7. The online reception will inform the corresponding department of the incident to correct it as soon as possible.

Our arrival and departure times are as follows:

  • Check-in (arrival): 4:00 p.m. – remember that your access code is not activated until that time.
  • Check-out (departure): 10:00 a.m.

If you need to access your accommodation sooner, you can consult it by sending us a WhatsApp or an email to [email protected]

The pool is open all season and can be used within the established hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

If you want to hire an extra service once you have checked in, no problem. You must request the service at our virtual reception through our WhatsApp. Our team will send you a payment link for the chosen extra. Once you have made the payment, we will inform you how to obtain your extra.

Don’t worry! We have cribs at your disposal. You will only have to notify us before your arrival and we will leave everything ready for your stay. Remember that you need to reserve the crib in advance as there is limited availability. The crib has a supplement of 6€/day.
